Contents of the main service
(1) Manufacturing process evaluation
We carry out the special process control for the manufacturing process that we are space, defense-related for 40 years and provide the service that there was in needs based on these experience.
- Prior conformance test (surface processing, welding, heat-treatment, adhesion etc.) of manufacturing processes and facilities
- Worker ability confirmation tests such as soldering and/or welding etc.
(2) Quality Conformance Inspection support
I am possible about a process control examination and the trouble analysis to carry out to maintain the quality of the manufacturing process which started production.
